Lemon and Herb Grilled Chicken

  1. This simple and delicious grilled chicken recipe is perfect for summertime cooking. The lemon and herbs give the chicken a fresh and flavorful taste that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

2 cloves of garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, thyme, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the top.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours for more flavor).
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
